Practical informations

The colloquium will take place in the castel of Valrose inside the Parc Valrose on the campus of the Sciences Faculty of the Nice University (28, avenue Valrose - 06100 Nice)
By tramway: take the Tram T1, direction Las Planas, stop at Valrose Université. The faculty is at 10 min walking from the tramway stop.
From the railway station Nice ville: take the Tramway T1 at 5 min walking, at your left from the railway station.
From the airport:
- By direct bus line 23 stop at Vallot / Valrose
- Bus 99 stop at Nice Ville station and then continue by tram direction Las Planas (stop at Valrose Université).
- Bus 98 stop at "Albert 1er" then take the Tramway T1 direction Las Planas (stop at Valrose Université). The tram is at 2mn walking in the direction followed by the bus.

The list below is far from exhaustive. If you look for an hotel on your own, you can try the surroundings of Masséna, Garibaldi, of the Old Town or of the harbor: you will be both in nice neighborhoods and not far way from to a Tram stop. If you want to face the sea, in addition of Hôtel Le Méridien in the list below, you can look among the numerous hotels of the Promenade des Anglais (for instance Hôtel Suisse between Masséna and the harbor or Hôtel Westminster on the other side of Masséna). Depending on the hotel, you might be a little bit more farther from the Tram, but almost surely the prices will be higher. We advise you not to take an hotel farther than the Negresco.
